He had heard that another Frontier Brain -- albeit, one from Hoenn and not one of his personal colleagues -- was going to be teaching at the university, and Thorton figured it was only common courtesy to greet her. After all, they had something in common.

Although... Upon arriving at her office, Thorton immediately became uncomfortably aware that she was ridiculously tall -- at least a foot taller than he was -- and that he had to crane his neck to even look at her. Which was not only embarrassing, but kind of intimidating.

"Greetings... Lucy, am I correct? The Frontier Brain of the Hoenn Battle Pike? I suppose I ought to welcome you to Nimbasa University as a fellow Frontier Brain. I calculated several courses of action to take upon your arrival, and this seemed to be the most suitable."

Military History || Surge&Lucy

Surge went to the office to see if there were any new students in his class. He was going over the list of classes when a new class on the list interested him; Military History.

"Well, look at that." He said, looking to see who taught the class. "This class looks interesting, and the teacher much know their stuff." He smirked to himself looking at the room number it was taught in.

He walked towards the room, wearing his usual outfit of a black tank top and his military camo cargos and his black boots. He also wore those sunglasses of his that he'd be seen wearing. He stopped in front of the classroom, and smiled to himself. The teacher's name is Lucy LaReine. He told himself and opened the door.

"Good evening, miss." He said, taking off his glasses and looking at the girl. She didn't look like she was military and he frowned a bit. "What got interested in teaching a class about Military History?"
