Has anyone ever gotten something like this on their plush toy's hair? it feels a bit like plastic lumps and seems to be connected to mostly the mane, but some are on the fur. I'm wondering if it's some sort of glue that's falling off, I'm just not sure what to do with it

okay this--has been really bothering me the past couple days and i was going to ask if anyone on tumblr remembered this toy or what it was called?
it was a large purple horse--think sized for a Barbie to sit on. i remember it had a speaker in its belly, and made very very loud whinnying noises (that i was terrified of lol). its legs definitely had some measure of posability; i remember very clearly that it at least had ankle/knee joints. it had some kind of plastic...i think they were dots? in its mane, and long hair that i believe was blonde with tinsel?
this horse had to have been released sometime between the early 90s to early 00s. i live in Canada and always have if that helps

hey does anyone know the name of this japanese toy made by bandai or takara tomy (cant remember sorry) that's a lot like polly pocket but every single compact has a colored jewel in the middle and the compact and fairy dolls inside are themed around the jewel color, it also has a fairly popular manga series in chao mangazine (or is it ribon?) but i dont think it has an anime yet, and the story behind the toy is "a girl finds a mysterious jeweled compact in her mother's jewelry box, and when she opens it, she finds a fairy living inside!" if anyone knows can you please tell me the translated and 日本語 name of the toy series? the japanese name makes it easier to search on yahoo and rakuten
