Ok this is either Takemichi or it’s Hanma, it’s between those two. (Spoilers)

The reason why I think it’s Takemichi is because he has no memory of any sort, when it comes to his past. And he kinda can’t fight for shit, but this also backups evidence of why he got pushed off the train track, which leads me to think, that’s how his time leaping was activated.

Because someone knew he could time leap without Takemichi knowing himself to have this ability, I also think it’s Hanma because he told a story at Kisaki’s grave about Shinigami.
