The Marshals are indistinct from one another, and as there are three performers for two roles, I don’t think any of them have a specific role they perform, so they are being put together as one entity.

The Marshals are who you look to for crazy sick tricks, which they perform on scooters. They take on the jobs of auditing the races, fixing up and removing crashed trains from the tracks, getting candid footage of the losers, getting dirty money to look away from race rigging (HELLO? DO YOUR JOB), and impartially calling the shots (HOW ARE THEY NOT FIRED).

In all, they may have had the best end of the deal out of all the characters. They’re never harmed, they get to show off their skills, they make money, and they get to keep their jobs in the end. Woohoo.

Blue Lightning principally played by Temi Olawole, originally by Jessica Vaux

Like a bolt from the sky, Blue Lightning is another Champion Engine come to compete. She races with Lumber in heat 1, with the solo, “Clear my track, no one is faster, I’m the one to beat, clear my track” which sounds very cocky, but all the Champion Engines have an ego on them. Tragically, team blue crash, just like every other Champion Engine. RIP.
