Swiss National Day 2019 at Tradewinds Park in Coconut Creek, Florida was a huge success, with as many as 100 guests attending the event.   We were so excited to have so many first time attendees, and especially those who brought kids to enjoy the event.   I think, there’s no question the young guy in the “Switzerland tee” is having a great time, and is he ever cute.   We also got some great smiles from our “grilling team,” Franz and Christoff — thanks guys — who worked tirelessly in the blazing Florida sun and humidity, allowing everyone to enjoy cervelat and bratwurst galore.   We recently “re-branded” our club Swiss Club Boca Raton to match the format for the three other south Florida Swiss Clubs, Miami, Central Florida (Orlando) and Saint Petersburg (Tampa), with hopes of revitalizing our club with new members.
