I'm taking the grade exams (7&8) in 2 weeks and I'm having difficulty with the box in Job. I've always done a 4-beat box, but my new school does a 5-beat box and now I'm just getting super confused. Are both accepted or only the 5?

I'm thinking about asking my TC if I can do the traditional set at oireachtas. 

I'm 23 and would be in 16&over. Would I be insanely older than the rest of the competition, or would there likely be other 20-somethings? (btw, I'm in the Southern region)
