Shangela is here to WIN... every runway has been OVER the TOP - every lip sync has tricks and props and gags - to some extent I find it a bit gimmicky - but I love it, it works.

Trannika asked what Roxxxy and Chi Chi thought about props - especially after Sasha’s pulling the win with just a flower petal wig reveal. Both said if it works and makes sense and it entertaining - all the power to you.

I agree but to some degree it does become a distraction or a gimmick over a fun and entertaining ploy.

But then again, this is really the nature of a lot of lip sync IRL. If anything the AS format of extreme preparation and outfit changes is most appropriate.

Queens don’t just get a random song assigned and throw themselves around on stage looking for applause. They try to tell a story and convey an emotion. So if that’s pulling out a jump rope and throwing altoids - awesome. We were all laughing along and thoroughly gagged.
