Both neutral spine and neutral pelvic positions rely on flexible, strong hip flexor muscles. 1️⃣ Leg Scissors 2️⃣ Three Legged Table/Tricep Dip 3️⃣ Spine Stretch Forward/Table 4️⃣ Leg Lift/ Hamstring Curl 5️⃣ Plank Arabesque Combo Take your time and give yourself room to explore!
