But sometimes it’s the middle of the week and you know you won’t leave the pool until 8pm which is when you really want to be snuggled up in bed, making it hard to get pumped for a workout. Today was one of those days. However, I know that in order to make my Catalina Channel swim it’s going to take grinding through some longer workouts.
