🙏🏼 Last Friday we started production of our new online training program, #StretchLikeAGymnast, and I couldn’t be more grateful. ⠀⠀ 🧘🏽♀️ At one point during the day, I stopped to soak up the moment. Putting together a production with a small 5 person team all working toward the same mission was surreal. ⠀⠀ When I started @trainlikeagymnast, I originally had the idea of helping people train the way I trained myself. After almost 2 years of running the business this way, I realized it would eventually reach a limit. ⠀⠀ Operating business this way meant we would only be as successful as I was talented. And we all know I am not the most talented gymnast out there. ⠀⠀ So to truly scale TLAG, and help as many people in our target demo as possible, I needed to turn TLAG into a PLATFORM and work TOGETHER with other talented humans who also train like gymnasts. Those who I look up to, those who have different experiences, those who know more, those who teach differently. ⠀⠀ 💎 Since becoming a collaborative platform, TLAG has: ⠀⠀ 🌍 Grown an ambassador community of over 50 women since May 💻 Hosted 3 (soon to be 4) Digital Summits with over 20 instructors from all different backgrounds 🤸♀️ Created 1 (soon to be 2) skill-specific online courses with 4 different instructors ⠀⠀ 🤩 We can’t wait to share this new program with you. You’ve been asking for years, and it’s almost here.
