I challenge you to write something fluffy with no angst for once. No specific prompt, just RWBY fluff with no angst.
(I do plenty of soft things, though you just have a knack at giving me prompts I can turn super angsty. Anyway, enjoy the fluff no angst)
“Quit moving or I’m going to end up pulling your hair,” Weiss said with a groan as she tried to brush out Cinder’s hair. “You were the one who asked for this.”
“I only asked for you to help me dress like a girl like you!” Cinder huffed out. “Not for you to rip my hair out with your brush.”
“This is part of helping you dress like a girl! Its one thing to wear a skirt or dress, and you have such long hair, it’d be a shame to let you keep it a mess.”
Cinder winced as he felt the brush pull through another knot in his hair. “Be careful.”
“Sit still and it wont feel like I’m pulling your hair.”
Cinder folded his arms in front of his chest, though his eyes stayed glued to his reflection in the mirror. He had to admit, Weiss did know what she was talking about as far as making sure he could dress and look the part of a girl. When he had asked her for help, he almost expected her to laugh and send him away. And yet, here she was, helping a mere servant boy with looking like the girl he had wanted to be.
The brush quit pulling his hair as the last of the knots was taken care of, the feeling of the brush going through his hair finally started to feel relaxing. He closed his eyes as he let Weiss finish with her work, almost certain he was going to look strange once she was done.
“And done,” Weiss said as she finished pulling Cinder’s hair back into a messy ponytail. “I dont think anyone would recognize you if they saw you now.”
Cinder opened his eyes and paused for a moment at his reflection. His hair looked longer now that it no longer resembled a rat’s nest, his already thin body looked much more feminine in the skirt and blouse he borrowed from Weiss, and even though he knew he wasnt wearing any makeup, even his face looked more like a girl’s than a boy’s now.
Weiss gently tilted Cinder’s head a bit to look at his face. “Maybe a little makeup will do you some good. Eyeliner would make your eyes pop and if we do some red eye shadow-”
“T-this is fine!” Cinder interrupted as he pulled away from Weiss. “Makeup wouldnt look right on me and once I’m done here, I should be getting back to work. So I wouldnt be able to keep the makeup on.”
“I was hoping I might have another hour with you before you had to leave,” Weiss said as she started to put her clothes and brush away. “You look pretty in that skirt, it’d be a shame to see you have to take it off already.”
“Its probably not going to be the last time I wear one,” Cinder admitted quietly.
Weiss looked over at her. “What do you mean?”
“I’ve… given it some thought and I… I want to… I want to be a girl. Asking you to dress me up like this was supposed to be for me to see that I’d look ridiculous, but after seeing my reflection once I was dressed up-”
“You cant imagine another way you’d be?”
Cinder nodded.
“Alright, then I’ll talk to Mother about getting you an appointment with the same doctor I see.”
“You’d do that?”
“I would,” Weiss said with a smile. “I know things have been rough for you, so anything that can help you be more… you… then I dont see a problem with it.”
Cinder smiled and pulled Weiss into a hug. “Thank you.”

months later
Cinder took a few deep breaths as she tried to look away from the syringe in Weiss’s hands, holding her skirt up to give Weiss better access to administer her shot. “Do you have to take your time with this every time?”
“If I’m going to give this to you, then I’m going to do it right,” Weiss said as she felt around Cinder’s leg until she found the right spot. “Unless you’d rather do this on your own.”
“No.”
“Then quit complaining.”
Cinder braced herself as she waited for the needle to go in. Once again, it was done and over with a quick, nearly painless jab.
“There, done,” Weiss said as she wrapped up the syringe before tossing it. “Never as painful as you think, right?”
“Doesnt mean I like it,” Cinder said quietly as she pulled her skirt down. She leaned in against Weiss with a heavy sigh. “Its just a necessary evil right now.”
“You still could’ve done patches or the pill.”
“Injections are the most effective way to do this.”
“Transitioning isnt a race you know.”
“No, but… we’ll be going to Beacon soon and I want to make sure I feel more like me.” Cinder let out a sigh. “I know I still look boyish-”
“And that’s part of your charm.” Weiss smiled at Cinder and pulled her over to her. “Besides, you know I’ll have your back no matter what, right? You’re my girlfriend and nothing will change that.”
“I know,” Cinder said, a smile of her own crossed her lips. She placed a gentle hand on Weiss’s cheek as she leaned in for a kiss, lips hovering over Weiss’s. “Can you blame me for being nervous?”
“No, I cant.”
Cinder gently pulled Weiss into a kiss, closing her eyes until after their lips parted. “I love you.”
“I love you too,” Weiss said back. “Always and forever no matter how you look.”
