im not the only one to have a "bob is trans" hc which im delighted abt but!! one thing i have not seen is my hc that bob did have top surgery, sure, but he also asked for the surgeon to change his nip shape to hearts. he thought it would be cute. bob has heart nipples

I'm going to admit I had a lot of trouble with this request, I've never ventured into trans bob au before so it took a while to try and figure out how to write it. I tried many different scenes but this is what I ended up settling on. My apologies if its not what you were looking for.

“Never have I ever..” Bob wasn't sure how he got dragged into the game it had started out at hard deck for a night out the pub had since closed and they had ended up clashing at Mavericks off base accommodation. The man hardly lived here and it showed, there was a layer of dust on every surface but it was big enough to house them all. Fanboy smirked as he finished his sentence apparently deciding what he wanted to ask, “Never have I ever slept with someone in this room”. Maverick choked his face flushing red, Bob frowned slightly as Phoenix lifted her glass taking a sip followed by both Rooster and Hangman. Maverick sheepishly raised his glass avoiding looking at any of them as Payback rolled his eyes shotting his drink. Fanboy laughed as Bob sipped on his water, none of them really needed to notice that there was an odd number of taking a sip, no one except Halo seamed to notice him taking a drink. She narrowed her eye raised an eyebrow at him he gave her a shy smile and a small shrug. Her lips curled into a smile laughing quietly as he leaned back against Omaha and talked to him quietly. “You were the last one to drink Payback” Phoenix reminded the man who rolled his eyes. Hangman poked Maverick in the side causing the man to slap his hand away giving the younger man a stern glare. “Come on pops tell me who it was” he gloated with a smirk. “Fine” Payback grumbled, “never have I ever had a surgery outside an injury” he said lazily causing groans to break out in the group. Bob froze slightly his heart pounding in his ears as his breathing picked up slightly, it was clear that everyone else looking at others around the group. Hangman took a sip easily, “I was born at birth with an extra toes, they cut it off” he shrugged Bob hesitantly took a sip aware of Halos worried eyes on him, he felt Phoenix nudge him slightly. “Baby on board?” Hangman grinned, “go on tell us”. Bob frowned hunching in on himself slightly uncomfortable at the attention. Maverick frowned, “He doesn't have to tell us if does want to” he said calmly. “Oh, its embarrassing” Fanboy smiled, Hangman snorted “or your ashamed off it” Bob gritted his teeth, “I’m not ashamed of it” he grounded out, but the men seamed a bit far into their drinks to pick up on his tone, Callie however was not. “Enough” she snapped at the man, “leave him alone”. Bob pulled down on his top absently biting his lip, he would have to tell them anyway at some point. “Its fine Callie” he mumbled keeping his gaze firmly on the group. The boy's fell silent as Phoenix laid a hand on his shoulder he didn't want to look up. “I was uh 18 when I had top surgery” he said softly, he tugged his shirt up to his neck revealing his tan toned boys. There under his pecks were two light scars that had clearly been there for a long time, but more interesting were the abnormal nipples. “Are those” Phoenix said in wonder. Bob smiled. “Their hearts, I got the choice to change or get rid of them if I wanted to, so why not” he shrugged letting the shit fall, somewhat lighter now that the secret was out. “So now you know”. “Sorry man” Payback said awkwardly, “I didn't mean to out you like that”. “Yeah” Fanboy muttered, “or push you”. “Its fine” he smiled slightly, “but I’m not ashamed of it” he said firmly staring at Hangman who at least looked sorry. “Its the best thing I’ve ever done”.

Bob bit his lip as he twisted the hospital sheets in his hands, anxiety flooded through him. Anticipation made his throat close and his heart to pound in his chest, his hands trembled slightly as he bounced his leg. The doctor sent him a look before glancing back down at her computer she scanned the screen before signing a paper with a sigh as she stood. Bob tried not to look to nervous as the surgeon gave him a patient smile. "Is there something you wanted?" She asked, putting her board down turning towards him giving him her full attention. "My nipples" Bob said hesitantly. Was he really going to ask? "Yes? Did you want to remove them?" She asked asked paitently. "Oh no no!" He cleared his throat, "I'd like to shape them". She blinked in surprise "shape them?". "Yes" he said quietly "into hearts?". She let out an amused breath "I could do that for you if you wanted" "Really?" He asked in surprise, his eyes widening as excitement bubbling in his chest. "Really" she assured him.
