Trans delusional tips
( Somewhat specifically character wise )
1 . Believing
I personally say pretend you're NOT being trans delusional !! Like for example you may say your trans delusional but in your head affirm yourself . Tell yourself that you are said thing you are delusional about ,, and that people who think you aren't 'delusional' or that said thing are silly !!
2. Affirm affirm affirm !!
Affirm yourself !! Use subliminals !! Write your affirmations !!! You can write over and over stuff like " I am *insert thing* " or " everyone sees me as *thing once again* " but don't say it in future tense !! ( If you want you can ,, but results are better in present tense !! )
3. Tell others !!
if you can ,, have a group of people that can affirm you ,, let them tell you how you ARE that thing ( because you totally are !! ) let them call you by stuff that affirms that you are that thing and other things that fit your preference !!
4. Persona !!
You can draw yourself as said thing you believe you are ,, even drawing small doodles on papers of yourself and such go a longg way !!
5. Confidence
Just have confidence !! Enough confidence and you can trick your subconscious into believing you are geniunely delusional over this stuff !! Try to push away any negative thoughts that make you believe you're not !!
Took this more in a delusional viewpoint as others typically don't want to believe they're delusional . . . Apologies !! Tips still apply .
