*While dad wasn’t looking, I managed to grab a picture of him. It wasn’t any normal picture, it was through the giant mirror outside my room. I think he noticed the flash, but I’m not sure. Not the point though.*

*Unfortunately, there he was. Right in the center of the picture, brushing something off his cloak. I can feel a side of my face curl down.*

At Amand’s insistance, Isiah had gotten on dadbook that morning after she’d helped him set it up. He knew Craig was gonna make him run again, having already run this morning-he was sore still, he needed to rest-he wasn’t quite up for more workouts. 

He didn’t feel any more comfortable talking to Amanda’s teach outside of school things than Amanda did, he didn’t know if Josphe would turn the topic on religion and he wasn’t ready for that just yet, so that was a no go. Same for Brian with competition, he wasn’t wanting his frustration levels that high. The awkward end to the night at the bar and his quick duck out at the offer made Robert a definite no.

To be honest, the brief introduction he’d had with Damien made him the choice that the ginger ended up picking, typing out a quick message over the messenger as he did so.

[DBMMS] Hey, Damien. It was nice talking with you at the bbq. I’d like to get to know you more, if that’s alright? You seem like a cool guy and it’d be nice to get to talk to you in a much calmer setting, if it’s cool.
