When we meet other people, we see something and somebody. What we see when we see others, is always an exact reflection of what we are able to see in ourselves. It's scary and it's an insight that can transform your whole life.
Most people will pay most attention to the other person´s personality. The personality is the unique human life expression and life experience. It is formed by the society and the culture we grew up in, inheritance and everything we have learned up until this point in our lives. Scientists today have shown us that an outside programming plays a major role in forming our personality.
But there is so much more! I will share the most uplifting message with you today.
The personality is an imperfect and an impermanent part of you. It's actually not really you.
The real you is an eternal soul, which has never been born and will never die.
This is not about religion. It's a spiritual insight. Where ever you are in the world. Regardless of religion or no religion, you have a soul. It's a conscious awareness that goes beyond the three dimensional and five sensory reality. It's the part of you that has never changed.
So let's do an experiment. You have had a lot of different bodies. You had one when you were a baby. You had one when you were a teenager. You had one when you were in the twenties. You had one just a couple of years ago. And today, when you look in the mirror, you have to admit that it looks like another body. And it is, scientists tell us that after a few years every single cell in our body has been replaced.
Now you look in the mirror - there is a new body there. People meet you and they say, "You have changed!".
But you still feel like you are you.
Even if you should experience an accident where your face was burned off - YOU would still be the same behind your new face. Even if you should get paralyzed, the YOU would still be the same. Even if you should get a brain injury or you fell into a coma, and you weren't able to express your thoughts - the YOU would still be there.
This is the REAL YOU. The soul that can never die. The soul that is untouched by the imperfect and impermanent world.
The real you, is the one who is longing for all good. Who most of all wants to experience love, beauty, growth, giving, creativity, freedom, presence, peace and joy - and the one who wants togive and contribute with these qualities and expressions in the world.
The real you always has good intentions. The real you is pure. The real you is love. The real you is so beautiful. The real you is untouched. The real you is perfect.
And you know that it's true. Because this is how you were born. I once heard the teacher Wayne Dyer describing the 9 months in mother’s womb so beautifully. You had no worries, no guilt, no shame, no stress. You just surrendered in your creator´s loving hands. He made a master piece. You came out and opened your eyes for the first time in your new home, the planet earth. People fell in love with you. They warmed you, they fed you. People visited you, and everyone wanted to hold you, kiss you, smile at you and simply love you.
They said that it was like a miracle. "Nothing is like a new born baby. Thank you God, you did a great job. Now we will take over from here!"
And then the programming started. After a while limited love was experienced. And somehow along the way you lost yourself. You started believing the voices of the world. The lies you were told because people projected their own lacks and frustrations onto you.
Your personality learned the rules of the world and fought to survive. But you forgot the real you. We all did.
Now it's time to come home. It's time to realize that you are still the beautiful, powerful, eternal loving soul. You are still the soul that could rest in your creator´s hands for nine months, and still you grew hands, legs, fingers, toes, eyes and ears. No worries, no problems.
The same power that took care of you then, still wants to take care of you now.
Come home my friend. I invite you to come home. To recognize that you are a powerful soul.
You are not broken. There is nothing that needs to be fixed. You are not your personality.
Your personality can be aligned with your soul. It can be aligned with the intentions and the purpose of your soul.
Now you are home again, and you can hear your soul is singing. You feel it: You are whole.
Yes, it is beautiful. Because you can see your own soul, you are able to see beyond the limited personality in other people. You can see their soul. You see with eyes behind your eyes, you hear them with ears behind your ears. What you hear and see, is so beautiful. They are not bad, they are not weak, not competitors, not opponents.They may look like bad people, like weak or superficial people, like competitors and opponents. But they are not. You see further. You see what is behind their disguise.
What you see is your brother and sister. The light of the world.
