We are at the doorstep of a brand new era in tea and here’s what Jason Chan Yee Chiu & Ho Wing Hong of Hong Kong Cricket Club had to say after clinching the trophy for the second overall winner of the Dilmah Real High Tea Global Challenge “Our aim is to engage people in the diversity of tea and its many health benefits. At the Hong Kong Cricket Club, we are planning to create new combinations for tea cocktails, food and tea pairing. The Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge is my first time in winning an international competition. We are looking forward to sharing our experience and joy with our family and friends, not forgetting our colleagues at the Hong Kong cricket club.”
