[Plot]
A poor mechanic that is having a hard time and one day he got this truck and whole lot a mess. Some daddy and boyfriend issues with Tessa. Although this comes earlier than Interstellar, i have to say their stories are somehow similar, just this is with transformer and that is with NASA and crazy space and time journey. And I thought everything will end at the time they finish the first battle with KSI new robots. It then goes further and goes deeper and goes to Hong Kong so that is quite a nice move. One of the brightest message is that beautiful things will come after all the mess and all the wrong decisions. The make-up of Yaeger and Tessa’s mum give the birth of Tessa, the purchase of old truck gives the reformation of Optimus Prime with other autobots, all and all.
[Character-wise]
.My dad just said Mark Wahlberg looks so much like Matt Damon LOL and I like his character....sort of.
.At first I thought Joshua is Mark Strong, but with that ridiculous funny character I know he is not LOL and then I realize he is also a doctor in Captain America 1.
.Titus Welliver’s character as a CIA agent feels so much like Simmons (POI) with a long coat that does not really match with a CIA operative (How come Reese dress so much better than him when they are both CIA operatives? Anyway, maybe that’s why Reese needs an employer that can pay him more) (Sorry again for so much POI shit here)
.Peter Cullen as Optimus’ voice is nothing unexpected but then it is VERY surprising when I look into his profile. HE IS EEYORE LOL. Imagine Optimus Prime being not so optimistic and turns in Eeyore HAHAHAHAHAHA.
.All the others are just familiar faces for Hong Kong people.
[Consistency with former sequels]
It is actually new and kinda separated from the former 3 TF movies. That’s why I like this better than the old ones. The reason I do not like those 3? Shia LaBeouf and the story itself. I am sorry but I never like Shia especially after The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman because I love Mads Mikkelsen so much lol (that is completely personal) And I like how this movie is about family issues. I never figured out what is happening with Shia’s character in former sequels.

Awesome. How they destroy my beloved Hong Kong and switch from places to places in a second. Some places are fake Hong Kong by the way. The real Hong Kong view is still fantastic anyway. All the explosions and the dinobots.
