trans halucination tips...

err im gonna assume this means trans having hallucinations as opposed to being one? but if i got it wrong pls send another ask lolol xp

1. let yourself daydream, let your mind wander and show you things that arent really there

2. try to carry around grounding techniques, if people see you with special fidget toys or anything textured or sensory they might assume you struggle with hallucinations?

3. start writing down the things you see, even if you dont really see them yet; if you convince yourself theyre there, then your brain might begin to actually show them to you
