yayayayaya here u go!!! hopefully this helps :D
-decrease the time you are sleeping!!! A big symptom of mania is a decreased need for sleep, i personally recommend using a sleep calculator like [this] to help you feel the most rested with the least amount of sleep!! ^_^
-going along with the previous tip, start pulling all-nighters more often!!! majority of people with mania suffer from mania induced insomnia. it can also help achieve that ‘out-of-it’ high feeling, along with helping decrease inhibitions.
-use more caffeine/stimulants!!! of course be careful, but these can help you be more alert and negate some of the sleepy side effects, while still achieving that manic feeling!!!
-get out of your comfort zone!!! the previous tip can help with this, but try to adapt a ‘yolo’ mindset!! talk to everyone you can, pick up new hobbies, start big projects, and dedicate yourself!!! work, work, work, use all that manic energy for something!!
-prioritize and try to reframe the way you think and talk to yourself!!! mania often comes with an inflated sense of self/mood, which is super easy to achieve by changing the way you think!!! work on positive self talk :)
-do what makes you feel good!!! remember, mania comes with decreased inhibitions, so do whatever gives you the most dopamine!!! if shopping makes you feel good, shop!!! if dying your hair or changing your appearance makes you happy, do it!!
