A very stupid thought:

Problem: Spamton is probably a bajillionaire when it comes to Kromer, but it's not worth anything because he's the only one who uses it. Therefore broke garbage man.

Solution: Spamton starts advertising the shit out of Kromer online in order to get people to invest in it. Pumps and dumps, becomes a bajillionaire in regular money. He is once again a Big Shot and moves back in with Tenna sharing his secret to Big Shothood: being overstimulating and lying to everyone and everything to get them to invest in you. Two things Tenna is very good at.
