Can’t believe #summer is coming to an end! I only made it to the pool like 100 times!
At Check-In
They radioed my name in while I was paying in the cab, so my paperwork was all pulled up. Was handed a shot of grapefruit juice while the girl at the desk gave me an overview of the map, activities, and signed me up for dinner reservations at the communal table.
Room was not immediately available (before 3pm), but they took my bags and phone number and will call when it is ready, and offered to take me on a tour.
Did not offer any guidance on which activities though. There is an “experience concierge” to be visited.
Service overall has been fantastic. Young, friendly (but still respectful, not too familiar) staff.
