Let’s talk about something that can really derail your travel plans! These last couple of weeks have been extremely stressful traveling for me. Family matters on the other side of the world requires me to be present. Last 4 days i didn’t even notice that I have not paid the toilet a visit for a number 2! Today, my first leg was only for two hours but i knew that going on the next leg of 15 hours is not going to be a good idea with the discomfort I am already feeling. So the next best thing is to crash at my sister’s condo and drink a fiber mix. Digestive problems are the pits when you are traveling. So don’t forget to carry some fiber packets (i got one from E-excel) and should it be the “other” problem, Pepto Bismol tabs or hardcore anti-diarrheal tabs which you can ask from your doc OR if you are in a third world country, buy over the counter at any given pharmacy.
