she’s always been one to treasure their down times; craves for it now more than ever after such a busy whirlwind of promotions. joy likes being able to just sit down and watch a good movie without having to feel guilty. to take some time off is of absolute necessity to her and she’s glad that this is something she has been doing more of lately. her days of working extensively day in and day out has reduced significantly and this is something she did not expect would happen after debuting.
if only she was actually relaxing right now instead of letting her mind run perpetually.
joy stares at the screen, watching the action unfold despite the of fact that nothing about what’s happening is registering inside her head. her mind has flown elsewhere─to someone whose image she can’t just shake out of her head because he seems to be everywhere. truth be told, it’s not like she’s complaining. it’s just mind-boggling how he’s everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
she hugs the plushie she’s brought with her to the living room close to her chest. she feels annoyed that she’s not paying attention to the movie as much as she would like to. instead, she’s stealing glances at her phone. with a sigh, she shakes her head. she really needs to put a lid on her feelings even just for an hour enough to be of commendable company. she isn’t quite herself when she’s being like this.
