Professor McGonagall was probably Amelia’s favorite teacher at Hogwarts. While she was by no means the easiest or most entertaining, Amelia always admired her no nonsense attitude and the way it blended seamlessly with compassion and understanding. In many ways Minerva reminded Amelia of her mother and made her feel at home, even when the professor was clearly unamused with a class, student, or situation. Amelia considers Minerva someone to aspire to and is never offended when someone tells her that she reminds them of the professor.

You know, Minnie wouldn’t look as uptight if she’d let her hair down once in a while.

Do these cookies have something in them?

Does she make these cookies herself?

I wonder if she’d give Lily the recipe.

Unless they do have something in them, then I wouldn’t want them.

Did she really read all those essays I turned in?

On her list of favorite students, I have to be number one.  I mean, look at me.

Maybe it was Sirius though.  And that would make sense.

If I were a professor, my favorite student would probably be Sirius.

If I were a professor, I’d probably teach Transfiguration.

If I were a professor… that’s actually a terryfing thought.  Leave that to Minnie.

Directed at the anon who talked about an obnoxious member and it being hard to log on: YOU are making it hard to log on, as there is a very big chance that this message will make a lot of people feel like they are obnoxious, which they are NOT. Everyone is wonderful, IC and OOC and I just wish people would stop sending anon hate, especially if it makes people feel bad. (This is also directed at the last anon.)

I couldn’t have said it any better myself. People are going to feel uncomfortable when things like that are said.  I know myself, with the last anon, it upset me and I’ve been called many things in my life, but never an inactive James player. I’m the one that doesn’t go away. 

So please stop the hate. It just upsets people, us included.

I think she’s really great so far. I can’t think of a character you’ve played that I didn’t like. Just off the top of my head, I’ve seen you play Peter, Narcissa, Dorcas, Sirius, Molly, a ton of different OC’s that I have all loved and I really love her so far. I know that she is one we never promoted, because we weren’t sure how to fill her, since she’s such an important character, and truthfully thought no one could do her justice. But then, we saw your app and really liked it a lot and I think if anyone can do her justice, then you could.
