Didn’t think I would be able to get into the gym today with all the activity I had to do today, but aha! I made it! About 45 minutes of nothing but cardio to round out the evening - nothing crazy fast or strenuous, as I was trying not to further hurt my blister, but a good enough effort that I worked up a good and steady sweat. The bike was set on level 10 and I kept up a good pace at about 70RPM the whole time (minus a cool down); treadmill was also set on an incline the whole time I was walking, and I even increased the incline from a 3 to 5.5 during my “stroll!” All in all a pretty good workout tonight! Tomorrow, though, will be trickier. Too many things to do and not enough time to them and bad weather on the horizon makes for tricky exercise times.
