River crossing by Tony Via Flickr: We were warned that half way around the lake walk, the bridge was out, it had been swept away a few days ago. If the river was still too high we would have to return the way we came. Our guide assessed that we could cross safely. We all crossed safely, although one person unfortunately stood in the water, while the rest of us used the rocks as stepping stones. You can see the broken bridge washed into the lake.
