Bit of a different one today. My girlfriend treated Me to a day out at go ape. I can honestly Say I never knew my balance and transferring weight was so bad 😂 all in all it was super fun and it's nice doing something different than just gumming on a Saturday. Wouldn't of been half as good if it were with anyone else though 😍

Went out for a walk in the woods this afternoon. I made a promise to myself no exercise today. Needed to give myself a rest. “famous last words”. When I saw the blanket of dead brown leaves surrounding the tree you will often see me climbing up and a couple of logs lying around I knew I would have a real challenge keeping to my promise. Tomorrow will definitely have to have my rest and perhaps Wednesday as well. I think what doesn’t help is this mild weather we are having at the moment and taking advantage of the dry period how long it lasts although apparently in central London it was raining.
