Trethevy Quoit, a megalithic tomb known locally as the "giant's house." It used to be buried by a mound, with the rock shelter protecting the grave. Over time, the mound eroded, leaving the stones exposed.

Bit of a Stephen Dillane connection with a place we visited today. This is Trethevy Quoit, an ancient burial site in Cornwall. It is also one of the places that Tacita Dean’s film Antigone, starring SD, was shot.
