Well…this was interesting.
The monster walking through the trash zone at the moment had the look and appearance of a Darkner, but the way he carried himself, and how he looked at least a little visibly confused…he had to be a Lightner.
Which meant he was ripe for the picking to talk to. It would be tricky to sway him, given those god-forsaken commercials he was having trouble controlling, but it was worth a shot!
“*HEY-HE Y LIGHT nER!!!” he began, bursting suddenly into his view. “*[Can I interest you] IN SOME [[quick and easy directions]]??? OR BETTER YET…SOM3 [purchases]??”
He jumped up excitedly like a little kid the whole time to get his attention, given how small he was compared to him.

"Ep!" Willow squeaked in surprise when caught up by the net.
Once getting her bearings she looked around as best she could from the awkward position, "hello?"

“Huh? Who the hell are you?” With a characteristically rude greeting and her axe slung on her back, Susie approached the monster. They didn’t look like the sort of monsters her and Kris usually encountered here in the Dark World…more like someone from Hometown. But regardless, she wasn’t taking any chances.
“If you don’t give me an answer, things are gonna start getting messy.” She tightened the grip on the handle in a very obvious fashion, making it clear what would happen next.
