I noticed that many non native English speakers have trouble with the word "rural".
So I thought I might give a little tip.
Start with saying "rue" and "wool" separately.
Then, say them together rueWool.
You can pass with just that and most people won't notice.
But if you really want that 2nd "r" sound, practice with the "w" until you feel comfortable.
Then sneakily switch the "w" with an "r". Which will turn the sound to "ru-Rull".
(I'm not a linguistic or dialect expert, I was literally just sitting on my couch and the thought that I've never seen anyone actually try to explain it. cIdk there's always a very likely chance that someone out there may have a better explanation)

REMINDER/REMIND x REMAINDER x REMEMBER
A REMAINDER is, basically, what’s left out of something. So in a group of friends that disbanded, the remainders are the tracks, people, or conflicts they’ve left (AND STILL EXIST). A remainder in Math is what’s left of an amount that has been divided and still left something.
A remainder may also be a book that has been re-sold.
Leftover; that’s left.
A REMINDER, on the other hand, is anything that is used with the intention of making you think about something in specific.
Let me remind you that (...); May I remind you that (...).
In order to complete the action of reminding, you need:
SMT (that will remind you) + you
In order to remember, you need:
You + abrupt act of remembering (there’s nothing that acts towards it, it’s you alone)
This explanation is very clear on Cambridge’s dictionary.
COUNSEL x COUNCIL x PARLIAMENT
Counsel means, essencially, advice. So, you may counsel someone to take some course of action, or you may counsel a course of action.
In an archaic undertanding, to counsel means to consult.
Counsel could also mean a mutual exchange of ideas over a subject.
Council is an elected group of people to govern an area such as a city (in Britain, though, it the whole country)
It’s synonym to committee, governing body, board, panel.
Parliament is a group of people responsible for changing the laws of a country, as well as directing the country’s policies
