The fact that there are blogs devoted to incestuous ships, makes me question how low is the bar for sensitive content on this website.
"Disturbing old gods is impolite after tea". HashiTobi? I'm not sure if you're still doing these.
Sometimes, Hashirama wonders who taught Tobirama etiquette.
He’s pretty sure the official tutor was the same person who taught him, but Tobirama’s understanding of manners is so totally different from his own that it just has to be someone else.
Someone who would teach a boy things he doesn’t need to know – things about the old ways, the forgotten ways, the forbidden ways.
“I’m not sure you should be disturbing old gods at all,” Hashirama says mildly, trying to conceal his concern. His brother has always been wild and free, beyond the boundaries of normal human morality, and Hashirama loves him no less for it.
Loves him too much, if he’s going to be honest. More than a brother should.
But it’s not as though he’d ever act on those impulses, the ones that writhe beneath his skin late at night when his mind drifts and he loosens that little bit of control and falls into those dreams that are so real he would swear he’d based them on memory – no, this isn’t what’s important right now.
What’s important right now is –
“I’m just saying, I don’t think ‘after tea’ is the sticking point here,” he concludes. “The elder gods are dangerous, Tobirama. All the elders say so. We shouldn’t be playing with rituals to summon them at all.”
Tobirama hasn’t stopped drawing the seal for a second. “It’s fine, anija,” he says. “I’m only summoning one god in specific, and he doesn’t mind being disturbed.”
Hashirama frowns, a sudden suspicion arising in his mind. “Tobirama. Have you summoned this god before?”
“Oh, yes,” Tobirama says blithely. “Many times.”
“Is it safe, then?”
“No. Not at all.”
“Then maybe you shouldn’t –” Hashirama starts, only for the words to die in his mouth as Tobirama completes the seal and fills it with its chakra until it glows a sickly green that fills Hashirama’s eyes and his mind until there’s nothing else left.
“Sorry for disturbing you,” Tobirama says, utterly insincere. “I know it’s after tea –”
The laughter that comes from Hashirama’s mouth is jagged and vibrant with a thousand different tones all at once; the sound of it twists the air around it until it is stained with something ancient and otherworldly.
“Never apologize to me, otouto,” the god that hides behind Hashirama’s eyes and underneath his false memories says with a smile, drawing Tobirama into his arms for a biting kiss that causes blood to drip from their intertwined mouths. For all that Tobirama is the strange and pale one, it is Hashirama who died at birth; Hashirama whose empty body was given to a god as a shell by their mother, all in secret, and only Tobirama, last of his mother’s children, last of his mother’s disciples and the only one left in the Senju who keeps the faith of the old ways, knows it. “I will always make time for you.”
Tobirama sighs happily, letting his brother’s divinity flow through him. Hashirama has promised him – many, many things, once this human lifetime is over, and he intends to have them all. It’s just that sometimes he gets a little impatient, waiting for Hashirama to finish playing the game of being something he’s not.
That’s why he let Hashirama see the summoning this time.
“Impatient little brother,” Hashirama whispers in his ear. “You just can’t wait, can you?”
“I can’t be without you,” Tobirama says, honest, and lets his brother draw him down to the bed. Next time, he thinks, he’ll be even more obvious – and once Hashirama’s false self realizes the truth, then, at last, they can be together like this even in this lifetime, with Tobirama worshipping his god the way he’s always wanted to for as long as he can remember.
The way they should be.
forbidden affairs ; kira and nicholas
Days were long. Especially when they had to train, and today happened to be a training day. Kira’s father usually separated them so they were in different rooms, and then later they’d have to fight one another - which never really worked. Kira and her brother, were twins. They had been brought up this way for 18 years now, and it was so routine that she had grown tired of it very quickly. Her gifts, and her brothers - she knew now - that they could speak telepathically to each other, sense what the other would do before they actually did it. Kira knew her father was impressed, but he still had they fight to see what would happen. It felt pointless, yet she never argued.
As another day came to a finish, she took down her hair and started to roll her shoulders. She was tired and she longed to go out, but she felt a sudden ache for her brother. To see him, see how he was. Because of their strange energy and powers, they had always been connected and extremely close. She never found it odd, but she always wanted to hide it from her parents in case they found out and separated them. Kira didn’t want to know what it would be like being away from Nicholas. She entered his room, never bothered knocking because she felt as though he knew she was already there, and she saw him, coming right up behind him and wrapping her arms around him to bury her face in his neck and breathe him in. “I hate that father makes us fight. Even if seeing you like that kind of gets me going,” she smirked and moved some of his shirt aside to kiss his shoulder.
@gentlemenxpassion
How do you think Jamie reacted when Cerseis kids were born? Since Robert the dick was out hunting? What if they were in the gardens and Cerseis water broke?
I think happiness but also hesitation and fear. One: Jaime has never been a father before he and Cersei had Joffrey, Myrcella and Tommen so it would have been a new experience for him. Two: When they grew up, they could only hope the main Lannister resemblance would be due to Cersei being the mother, taking the best traits and NONE of Roberts. Otherwise? Cersei could be accused of either incest or cheating on the King which both are treasonable to be locked up and punished severely bc you’re committing sins by law and by all Gods. Three : He gets to newly experience this with the woman he loves BUT has to do it in secret bc were anyone to find out, it could be the end for not just them but the entire Lannister house ; proving anyone who ever spoke such rumors out to be right this whole time.
Imagine Tywin finding out that his children did that - that moment in the show when Cersei confessed it to him and he acted in denial. That would have been a great horror, disgust and shock for Tywin. If Tyrion didn’t kill his father, i imagine a heart attack, the shame and everything crumbling down could have.
Regardless, i think that Jaime would have been entirely protective and caring, there for her the entire process from start to finish , not just as a brother, a sibling.. family but as a lover and father as well. I imagine that anyone trying to keep Jaime from such a thing would have a threat of being run through with the Lion of Lannister’s sword.
Cersei would have the best care in the world ; that would be definite.
Eden, chapter 9: Intermission
Sigyn: Content Warning for in-law incest. I was aware of what was going on earlier because obsessmuch is not subtle, but it’s actually pointed out in this chapter. For those of you who would rather not read that, I’ve marked the beginning and end of that scene in big giant red letters.
‘How beautiful you are! You are more beautiful in anger than in repose. I don’t ask you for your love; give me…
