Switching from Tarina fe 1/20 to Trinessa was the best decision ever!!
Has anyone ever taken the birth control Tri-Nessa? My dermatologist recommended that I change pills to help with my skin (which really isn’t THAT bad) and my gyno prescriped Tri-Nessa. However, the reviews I am reading online are TERRIBLE.
I already deal with a lot of stress and mood swings and stomach issues so the reports of depression and nausea are VERY concerning. Please message me if you use this pill!!!!
So I've been on birth control for almost a week and didn't get side effects until maybe 4 days in? Just a headache and slight nausea maybe an hour after taking the pill that sometimes continues into the morning. But tonight I don't feel anything so HOPEFULLY my body is past that. But who knows.
Was put on birth control to help with excessive bleeding due to my PCOS, and the mother fucking TriNessa shit tried to kill me. Fuck. That. Shit. Don't take it.
So personal time because I feel it's necessary
Ok, TMI stuff following, but I've only seen bad stuff so I wanna give other people some good reviews to see.
So I started TriNessa exactly a week ago when I started my period, and I have had zero side effects.
I had no headaches, no cramps, my bleeding was a lot lighter than usual, and my skin has already started clearing up.
The only complaint I have is some nausea, but it's nothing worse than usual period pukiness. There was a little emotional instability for the first three days but now it's back to normal.
So yeah, just talk to your doctor and see if it'll work, and if they recommend it don't just say no because of some people, everyone is different. if it was that bad, they wouldn't make it anymore.
So yeah, don't knock it till you try it, everyone has different reactions.
Alright, time for a little more TMI. What's up with these mid-cycle cramps despite being on the pill for like 8 months?! I've had them before but they came on really suddenly tonight and are really bothering me. I finally looked up the symptoms and Google told me it's what ovulation cramping feels like to some women. Sharp pain in my lower abdomen (almost like the feeling of having a stitch in your side when you run sometimes), has lasted about an hour, made worse with movement, it hurts to press on the area, and it's concentrated mainly on one side. Isn't birth control supposed to keep you from ovulating? Or are these ghost OV pains? Get yo' shit together, Trinessa. 😒
