Triple Chocolate Cookies

hey there! so today I did my english exam (year 10 end of year) where i bullshitted about To Kill A Mockingbird and morals and life lessons and all that for an hour and a half and then i came home and it was like 11 so i decided to BAKE YAY

recipe:

110g/4oz Butter

200g/7oz Soft light brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp Vanilla extract

165g/5 1/2 oz Plain flour

Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

30g/1 1/2oz Cocoa Powder

100g/3 1/2 oz white chocolate chips

100g/3 1/2 oz Dark chocolate chips

Method

1. Cream butter and sugar together, add vanilla and egg and beat.

2. Stir in flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder & soda.

3. when combined stir in choc chips.

4. spread small balls of dough onto tray and flatten slightly with fork

5. bake for 10 minute (cookies begins to crack on surface) they will be soft but will harden when they cool.
