a Goy is someone who is not Jewish. NO, it is not a derogatory term. NO, it is not a disrespectful term. It’s like saying that someone is white. Goyim is the plural of goy. Many people say Goys and that’s okay too! But “-im” is a plural suffix.

Basically it’s the Yiddish word for Gentile.
