I answered a phone call from my dad today and I must've sounded very tired bc he asked if there was anything he could do for me, and without thinking I said "Eat the rich, dismantle the bourgeoisie, destroy capitalism," to which my dad responded "I'm doing my best, sweetheart."
Every now and then I get reminded of the time I printed out someone's story from Elfwood (I think it was a precursor to dA) and told my parents I'd written it. Except I was 13, albeit a very well read 13, and this story had some 5 or 6 syllable words that I probably shouldn't have known till college, and also a very graphic sex scene.
A sex scene I didn't realize was in it because I didn't actually read past the first chapter.
And that's how I was grounded for a whole summer and also plagiarism is bad.
I take it back, the most unrealistic thing about Glee is that anyone can go in the auditorium at any time and the lights are always on.
I'm happier than I've been in a long time. There's still ups and downs, but the median is better than it was 4 months ago. I still have that ache, but it's manageable now instead of crippling. I don't cry as often, I can hold myself together when a song comes on the radio instead of having to pull over wracked with sobs. I have people who care about me, even if they're scattered across the country. I have real relationships with people who genuinely enjoy my company, who reach out in the night and pull me closer. I think I'm going to be okay.
I'm so glad I haven't seen Moana r34 like I did for Zootopia. I'm glad you guys respect that she's a kid. <3
What if female romance novel leads are portrayed as clumsy bc they FALL in love easily?
