These days we “entertain” outside. And by entertain I mean two other people who sit so far away from us that we need megaphones so we can yell loud enough to hear each other. I mostly serve snacks because I can separate portions into “theirs” and “ours.” Warm weather snacks often are dips, like this tropical fruit salsa. It’s refreshing, attractive and easy to prepare.
