Hmm...I don’t know if I have a straight-up top favorite. Calibri is what I use most often, and I like how clean it is but Trebuchet gives me Quizilla nostalgia. Narnia BLL is an absolute nerdy fave. 

88. your greatest wish?

To be happy. With my life, with my body, with my future. I want to create a life that I can feel proud of and fulfills my needs--a nice home, a career that I enjoy, a successful marriage, cute kids, cuddly pets. Domestic af.

Oh my god yes this is the best one I love it <3 Okay, so here’s one from Narnia (did we really expect anything less?), from The Last Battle, that really resonates with me.

“I have come home at last! This is my real country! I belong here. This is the land I have been looking for all my life, though I never knew it till now...Come further up, come further in!”

I recently wrote an essay about how much Narnia has impacted my life and how, later on down the road, helped me to further connect with my Irish heritage. This was one of the quotes I incorporated into it to express how learning about my family’s origin helped me to better understand why Narnia, a series written by an Irish author about a fictional place inspired by his homeland, has always resonated with me so deeply. Every time I see this quote now, all I can think about is that connection, about how proud I am about where I come from even if it’s someplace I’ve never physically visited myself (yet), and how Narnia helped me find my way home before I even knew what that home was.

key lime: where do you want to be right now?

Physically, I’m in my favorite spot right now on my favorite chair with my cats and my laptop and my boyfriend. Mentally, I wish I was a little more alert/fulfilled, like every so often I get these moments where I enter this level of consciousness on par with being high. Everything around me looks so much more high-def and my senses heighten and textures are super satisfying and my mind feels clear and free and it’s great, so if I could be anywhere mentally right now, I’d choose that. If you mean where do I want to be in life, I think I’m pretty pleased with where I am right now, too. I feel like I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be at this stage in my life, regardless of where anyone/everyone else is.
