Knowing Emma could use the slow, tender work even if she's set on keeping going for a while more. Her experience and care are so evident. I adore this about her, how her compassion shows despite the sharp edges and the things she's dealing with right now.

god what a shot. i love the decision to keep the camera on the mirror, to let us see both digby and emma's faces as he takes in the haircut. his whole section in this episode has been so heartwrenching god

-My king Abbot is back!

-Monica was such a bitch towards that intern and her side eye when Al-Hashimi spoke Armenian.

-Does Mohan think Orlando was trying to commit suicide or checking if his diabetes caused the fall?

-That woman is so yellow.

-It’s cool to see the night shift working. I wish we can see more of them, especially Dr. Shen and Dr. Ellis

-Poor kid with the terrible asthma losing some medication because of Medicaid issues. My mom went through a similar asthma attack and it was very scary.

-The moment between Emma and Digby was very sweet. She needed to hear from a patient that she was doing a good job.

-Seeing Mohan so hesitant to help Orlando

-I don’t blame Javadi for being nervous. A brain procedure is very serious. She did a great job though.

-I wonder what brain disorder Al-Hashimi is going through that makes her zone out like that. Or is it PTSD but she believes it’s neurological.

-I’m a little confused about Digby’s situation. His daughter lives in his house but he lives in the streets. What happened?

-The woman thought it was okay to take a lot of turmeric? Oh my god that’s so dumb.

-Orlando didn’t tell his wife he left!? The wife blaming Mohan for the situation is messed up.

-Mel and Langdon’s talk was nice, especially with Mel using her deposition to make him feel better. It shows that she’s moving on from it.

-The severely sunburned woman still walking around is making me laugh.

-Sad to see Emma leave. I hope she comes back in S3 though I doubt it.

-Robby is not on his game. Talking about Orlando like that in the open is so unprofessional and he’s lucky Dana stopped it before the wife heard that.

-I feel really bad for Ogilvie since he really connected with that patient and he died.

-The poor mom struggling to get Medicaid.

-Where is Dr. Abbot?

-Noelle telling the wife that her husband being in this condition makes the cost “easier” is so sad. Healthcare should not work like this.

-The intern not recognizing Digby was too funny.

-Abbot comes back the moment Robby and Noelle are having a cute moment. His facial expressions were great.

-Whittaker comforting Ogilvie with his own experience during his first day was a really good moment for both of them. It helps

-The shredder moment was so funny and a cute moment between the three of them.

-That doctor telling Robby to let Duke leave and wait for a life-saving surgery for next week rather than now is crazy as hell.

-Mohan is definitely going to have an emotional breakdown over today. She lost one patient and another is in critical condition. I wouldn’t blame her because I would feel the same way.

-I don’t know what Robby needs at this point. He needs to take a break but I’m really nervous that he’ll commit suicide during his sabbatical. At this point, Robby either needs an intervention or has to be admitted for psychiatric care.
