“We have some awesome kids.” Etrigan says as we both settle into bed.
“That we do.” I reply, “I just wish they weren’t growing up so fast. It seems like just yesterday the triplets were learning to talk and now they’re sixteen.”
“We could always have more.” Etrigan chuckles.
“I love you, but five kids is enough.” I laugh.
Then Ibis took Lori to meet her new baby cousins! Eti had the triplets: Andrew, Brad, and Connor. When he got there he found a frazzled Troy trying to juggle all the babies. He quickly let go of Lori and offered to help put his nephews to bed.

Some family friends came by too, like Nichole Amante, Tsubaki Gale, and Ibis’ newest friends that moved to St Erast on his request: Julio and Lucian (not that Lucian needed much arm twisting to move to his boyfriend’s hometown). However some drama ensued when Tsubaki and Lucian got into an argument which ended in her setting him on fire. Ibis rushed over to put him out and ask her what was wrong? She wasn’t very expressive but it seemed to be misplaced anger over her crumbling marriage.
Uncle Ryker is still mayor of St Erast. Aunt Jamila is still a teacher at Ibis’ old school. Cousin Sandy has taken up drumming. Edmond is looking forward to finishing high school. And Tia is no longer so little.
“He could go to the school near where Ari lives.”
“But then we’d only get to see him on breaks and holidays.” I sighed.
“I know.” Etrigan sighed. “But it’s something he really wants to do and Ari could help him.”
“I’ll tell him tomorrow.” I answered. “Music is his passion and this would be a good opportunity for him.”
“Another boy.” Etrigan said with a smile on his face.
We’d gotten the news from our doctor today that Etrigan was carrying a boy.
“Five boys all under the are of eight. We’re doomed.” I laughed.
“Maybe he’ll be a little age.” Etrigan chuckled. “Now I understand what mom and dad went through though.”
