It's been a really long time since I posted, but if anyone's still watching, I started to sculpt again. I've been writing and sketching a lot to really bring a story to life finally. I've dabbled in a lot of different mediums getting back to this point, so I'm excited to see what comes of it. Meet "Spug", half pug, half slug. There comes a time when painting, where you learn to trust the idea. Letting go of the wheel and allowing the paint to take over. Following the endless possibilities it creates as it flows and stops along the tooth and texture of the canvas. Exploring every possible route and cutting in with brush where you feel it’s necessary to intervene. Wiping away those bothersome marks and creating new surroundings with soggy brushmarks. Continuing your creative assault with brush, charred stick, and pastel, until the color war is over. New beginnings, hold big horizons.
