Trudeau is like the anti-Trump, but not in the way you think?

Preface: I am in no way saying he is as damaging as Trump.

But like Trump is known now for doing crazy shit that ends up distracting everyone from what’s really going on - minor scandals take the eye away from major scandals and controversial government shifts.

Trudeau is doing the same damned thing, but with orchestrated photobombs and some nice words (words that actually cause more trouble - “Canada welcomes EVERYONE” he said in the wake of the original Trump Muslim ban; immigration laws here did not actually back up his statement).

And what about the pipeline he approved that everyone had been protesting? What happened to the anger over that? We forgot about it because he talked about quantum computing for a minute and photobombed a wedding.

They’re both just doing it over and over. Doing something sketchy, then shouting SMOKEBOMB and running.
