Allah's Identity, Names and Attributes

Our Lord is Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. Allah is unique, almighty, the only God. Allah is the only true Lord. There is no 'True God'/ 'True Deity' except Allah. Allah is One, Unique in His Actions, Lordship, Authority, and Righteousness. Allah SWT is Exalted above the throne in the sky (above all creation). Know Allah by His most beautiful names 'Asmaul Husna' and perfect attributes. Allah's name is more than 99. The Qur'an is the word of Allah. The ultimate guidance for mankind. The virtues of the 99 names of Allah are immense. Just by uttering the word "Allah" one feels a kind of calmness in the mind. According to the Holy Quran and Hadith, Allah has 99 attributes. Allah's indivisible unicity is Tawhid

Tawhid: At the centre of all Islamic belief is the belief in one God-Allah. There is no other God but Allah and there is no one comparable to Him. We will never understand Allah as His nature supersedes our limited minds. We are created by Allah but He is not Himself created. আমরা কেন আল্লাহর ইবাদত করব।

আমাদের #প্রতিপালক আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তায়ালা। আল্লাহ অদ্বিতীয়, সর্বশক্তিমান, একমাত্র উপাস্য। আল্লাহ একমাত্র সত্য মাবুদ। আল্লাহ ছাড়া কোনো 'সত্য ইলাহ'/ 'সত্য উপাস্য' নেই। আল্লাহ তাঁর কর্মে-পরিচালনায়, প্রভুত্ব-কর্তৃত্বে, উপাস্যের যোগ্যতা-অধিকারে এক, অদ্বিতীয় অংশীদারমুক্ত। আল্লাহ তায়ালা আসমানে আরশের ঊরধে (সকল সৃষ্টির ঊরধে) সমুন্নত আছেন। আল্লাহকে জানতে হবে তাঁর সুন্দর নাম 'আসমাউল হুসনা' ও পরিপূর্ণ সিফাত দ্বারা। আল্লাহর নাম ৯৯ এর অধিক। কোরআন আল্লাহর বাণী। মানবজাতির জন্য চূড়ান্ত পথ নির্দেশনা।

যে সকল গুণাবলী ও বৈশিষ্ট্যের কারণে স্রষ্টার উপাসনা করার পক্ষে প্রমাণ সে সকল গুণাবলী যেমন- সৃষ্টি করার ক্ষমতা, এ বিশ্বকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ, নিখুঁত-জ্ঞান, ভাল-আনয়ন ও মন্দ-দমনের ক্ষমতা একমাত্র স্রষ্টা ছাড়া আর কারো কাছে নেই। অতএব উপাসনা পাওয়ার নিরঙ্কুশ অধিকার স্রষ্টার একার। অন্য কেউ এ অধিকারে তার সাথে অংশীদার নয়। বরং স্রষ্টা নিজেই ঘোষণা দিয়েছেন- “তোমাদের উপাস্য একজন, তিনি ব্যতীত আর কেউ উপাসনা পাওয়ার হকদার নয়।” [সূরা আল-বাকারাহ: ১৬৩]। এবং যেহেতু তিনি ব্যতীত এ মহাবিশ্বের আর সবকিছু তাঁর সৃষ্টি, তাঁর অনুগত দাস; অতএব মনিবকে বাদ দিয়ে এক দাস আরেক দাসের প্রতি নতি স্বীকার কি আদৌ যুক্তিসঙ্গত? আমরা যে সূর্য দেখতে পাচ্ছি সে তো তার স্রষ্টার নির্দেশে আলো দিয়ে যাচ্ছে। যে বিশাল সমুদ্র দেখছি সে তো তার সৃষ্টিকর্তার আদেশে বহমান। ইসলাম কয়েকটি নীতির সমষ্টি যাকে বলা হয় উসুল। আমরা এই নীতিগুলো পাই কুর’আন থেকে। এই নীতিগুলো সোজা। যে গুণগুলো আল্লাহ চান আপনার ব্যক্তি জীবনে প্রকাশ পাক। দয়া, ধৈর্যশীলতা, তাকওয়া, যিকির, নম্রতা, ভালোবাসা, ভ্রাতৃত্ববোধ, সততা ইত্যাদি। এগুলো হল ইসলামের উসুল। যিকির, তাকওয়া, ধৈর্যশীলতা, ভ্রাতৃত্ববোধ, ভালবাসা ইত্যাদি ইসলামের উসুল। আপনি কীভাবে জানবেন ইসলামের উসুল কী? আপনি কুর’আনের ঐ আয়াতগুলো দেখুন যেগুলোতে বলা হয় ‘ওল্লাহু উহিব্বু…’ ‘আল্লাহ ভালোবাসেন…’ এরপর যা আসে। যেমন ‘ওল্লাহু ইউহিব্বুস সাবেরিন’, অথবা মুত্তাকিসহ আর যে সব গুণ তিনি ভালবাসেন।‘আল্লাহ সাথে আছেন…’ এরপর যেসব গুণের কথা বলেন ঐসব গুণ হল ইসলামের উসুল।

আল্লাহ দেখতে কীরূপ? আল্লাহ দেখতে কীরূপ তা কেউ জানে না।

 . কোরআন অনুসারে, আল্লাহ (সত্য ঈশ্বর) সর্বজ্ঞ; তিনি চিরন্তনভাবে জানেন যা কিছু সৃষ্টি হয়, তা সর্বজনীন বা বিশেষ চরিত্রে হোক। তিনি জগৎ সৃষ্টির পূর্ব থেকেই সব কিছু জানেন। সৃষ্টিকুল অস্তিত্বে আসার আগে এবং পরবর্তী সবকিছু সম্পর্কে আল্লাহ্‌র জ্ঞান হুবহু একই। আল্লাহ দেখতে কীরূপ তা কেউ জানে না। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি- "আল্লাহ আমাদের প্রতিপালক। আল্লাহ্‌ একমাত্র 'সত্য মাবুদ'। আল্লাহ্ ছাড়া কোনো 'সত্য উপাস্য' নাই। আল্লাহ্‌ তায়ালা আসমানে আরশের ঊর্ধ্বে সমুন্নত আছেন। আল্লাহকে জানতে হবে তাঁর সুন্দরতম নাম ও পরিপূর্ণ গুণাবলী দ্বারা।"

Allah is the One and Only 'True God' of the Arabic al-Ilāh, “the God.”The name’s origin can be traced to the earliest Semitic writings in which the word for god was il, el, or eloah, the latter two used in the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament) . Allah is the One and Only ‘True God’. There is no ‘True God’ except Allah, Allah is Exalted above His ‘Arsh ( Mighty Throne). বিভিন্ন ধর্মগ্রন্থে আল্লাহ্‌র একত্ব

 আল্লাহ একমাত্র  সত্য মাবুদ  

আল্লাহ্‌র একত্ব অর্থাৎ তাওহীদ ইসলামের এক বিশেষ বিশ্বাস। 

সকল সৃষ্টিই জোড়ায় জোড়ায় সৃষ্টি। মহান সৃষ্টিকর্তা আল্লাহ্‌ তায়ালা তাঁর কর্মে, প্রভুত্বে ও কর্তৃত্বে এক, অদ্ধিতীয় ও অংশীদারমুক্ত। এই চরম সত্যের নাম তাওহীদ। তাওহীদ শব্দটা খালেক বা সৃষ্টিকর্তা একমাত্র আল্লাহ তায়ালার ক্ষেত্রেই প্রযোজ্য।

আল্লাহ্‌র সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল বিষয়ে আল্লাহ্‌ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তায়ালা একক, চুড়ান্ত, পরিপূর্ণ ও অংশীদারমুক্ত। তাঁর কোন সমকক্ষ বা অংশীদার নেই।

"তাওহীদ হচ্ছে আল্লাহ তায়ালাকে এক ও অদ্বিতীয় জানা, বিশ্বাস করা এবং মানা।” আল্লাহকে জানতে হবে তাঁর সুন্দরতম নাম ও পরিপূর্ণ গুণাবলীর মাধ্যমে।
