A very common food in the cuisine of most Iberian cultures, including Catalan, is omelettes. They can be made of many different kinds of ingredients besides the eggs. The most common are potatoes and onion, but artichokes, courgette/zucchini, and other vegetables are also very common. Some may also include cheese and some meat products like botifarra.
