The top of this photo says “Become what you believe” When I started my journey to fitness and wellness in February, I could barely get through 5 minutes on this bike without dying!! However, I am making progress! Every week I am getting stronger physically and mentally. I am working on myself for myself. I want to become a better version of myself. I will push myself physically... I will push myself mentally... I will push myself spiritually... I realized that I don’t know it all, and I will always be a lifelong learner. God has equipped me to do the hard things... God has equipped me to work through and grow from my adversities... God has not designed me to give up! He predestined me to survive and live! One of my favorite Peloton coaches, @tune2tunde Tunde Oyeneyin, says “Your mind is your strongest muscle.” Your mind is in control of your emotions, your thoughts, and it controls everything your body does. #WeCanDoHardThings. The enemy will try to control your thoughts and cause you to doubt yourself and become fearful. REMEMBER: God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and love and a SOUND MIND! Trust me....
