Gap ♡ Tokyo SuperStar Awards2014

LGBTカルチャーにスポットを当て、人種やバッググラウンドの違いを乗り越え、社会とLGBTの架け橋を築いた日本の”スーパースター”たちを讃えるTokyo SuperStar Awards 2014の趣旨にGapは賛同し、応援します。
コミュニティ内外に関わらず、一人でも多くの人がLGBTコミュニティへ貢献したヒーローたちの活動について深く知り、レコグニションすることを通じて、さまざまな多様性を認めあう未来がまた一歩近くなることを願ってやみません。
Since opening our first door in San Francisco, we’ve held a long history of celebrating individuality and diversity amongst our customers and employees. Our core values seek to ensure that the individuals who both work and shop at Gap are treated with fairness, dignity and respect.
Gap champions and supports the intent of Tokyo SuperStar Awards 2014, which shines the spotlight on the LGBT community, and honors those who act as a bridge between the LGBT society and society at large, embrace their differences.
We truly hope we can be one step closer to a future where people accept a diversity by recognizing the heroes along with their activities who contributed to LGBT communities.
