Look who I found today @tryggafitness . My little buddy from a few weeks ago! Doing pretty good from what I can see. Wing on the right side is still scruffy looking, how I could tell right away it was the same bird. But! After a hard core leg day, these power houses don't half say "Thank you, good sir!" during a good warm soak! Clapped my focus back in my final 30 second leg (see what I did there) of my cardio afterburn... problem was I pretty much slapped out a Guile (?) SONIC BOOM (Street Fighter) and caused a few gymheads to jump. Whoops.
