I started trying the keto diet yesterday but I'm only doing it like 95% of the time because I have steel cut oats and brown rice that I have to eat. Once it's gone I'm all in. I already feel better. I kept bouncing back and forth with my eating habits but I really want to be healthy and lose the weight. I'm so proud of myself because I'm officially at 238.8! I'm setting a goal for 220 by the time of New year's Day! I know I can do it.
