I'm trying to stop smoking. It's not a physical necessity but a social addiction (I need to belong) so it's kind of hard to break the habit while having no problem with not smoking in and of itself lol
I'm trying to endure the need to smoke too when others are, which is hard because my best friend/roommate and my partner both smoke.
I'm going to just document how it's going and write it down somewhere people can see so i might better hold myself to it.
