I have them set up as mini suites - honestly I could probably use this for an apartment too

I think if the suites don't work out for dorm living I could edit the first or third floor easily to have communal living.

Thanks ^_^ Sorry, but this lot is populated and I don't have a clear copy, so I can't upload it. It wouldn't be worth uploading anyway. I haven't changed the shell at all, maxis' original exterior walls intact. All I changed is the floorplan and a roof piece at the front, which you can easily recreate. And I ran out of money, so the house is half-empty.

@loonyjelly asked for a floorplan and I said i’d bring it later, but I know for a fact I’d forget. So here is a labelled floorplan of the so-far unfinished petrol station, it’s connected to the owner’s house and there is a little studio flat upstairs that I’d imagine gets rented out. This is heavily based off of the spar I work in, we have an AirBNB upstairs and it’s connected to my boss’s home, so I’m inspired from what i know lol

I received a few requests about this house! I considered uploading it, but I’m a lousy builder, so the floor plan is very simple:

I was going off a house I’d seen online. Unfortunately I didn’t have a floor plan, so I copied the exterior only and that was it. 

The exterior is very lovely. I used @honeywell-mts​‘ Bespoke Set for windows/doors, fence, etc. And 95% of the plants are maxis. 

The good thing is that the house can be easily expanded towards the back and upwards (I forgot to take a photo of second floor but it’s just a 2x2 room, for aesthetics). 

The Greenfield family is rather poor, and can’t afford an expansion at the moment. So, this is why there’s 8 sims squashed into a 2-bedroom home. Only 6 bed, with sims taking turns to nap/sleep!

Uberhood: Veronaville Capp Manor

I’m actually really happy with how this turned out. I shrunk the lot on either side because it was just way too much space and then just smoothed out the weird landscaping, but it looks really good.
