@frottana-sims asked for a floorplan for the Rosebud household's new townhouse. I'm glad you like it even though it's pretty simple ^_^

There's still one empty room upstairs, and also sims sometimes use the back door instead of the front one :(

Caliente House

This is the house Nina and Dina grew up in.

It’s a remodel of one of the tiny city houses from Downtown.

It feels like I’ve been in Riverblossom Hills forever but there’s just 2 more families to visit. First up 110 Old Farm Road has been converted into the community housing, Hemlock Place, for this neighbourhood. I basically gutted the inside, removed the signature tree and heavily redid the outside - taking a lot of inspiration for the exterior from Katatty’s makeover.

@loonyjelly asked for a floorplan and I said i’d bring it later, but I know for a fact I’d forget. So here is a labelled floorplan of the so-far unfinished petrol station, it’s connected to the owner’s house and there is a little studio flat upstairs that I’d imagine gets rented out. This is heavily based off of the spar I work in, we have an AirBNB upstairs and it’s connected to my boss’s home, so I’m inspired from what i know lol

Pleasant Family Home

This is the home of the first generation of Pleasants - Jeff, Diane, Daniel and Jennifer.

It’s a makeover of 170 Sim Lane. Since Jeff is a big fan of space (his dream is to become an astronaut!) I used a lot of the ‘space age’ stuff that came with Pets.

I’ve always struggled with making the floorplan work in this house, I’m pleased with how it turned out this time :)

Last up for the Bluewater Village rotation is Bluewater Residence. Current residents are recent graduates Mickey Dosser and Almeric Davis. I was pleasantly surprised that the Davis brothers got randomly assigned to the same neighbourhood after graduation.
